If you’ve been keeping up with our blogs you know a couple months back we started the exterior paint project over at Gables Midtown. Its been such an awesome journey working in tandem with the team there and we’ve been staying right on schedule thanks to the open communication and cooperation from their team.
We’ve been working very well together and heard the good news a couple weeks back that we’ve been awarded the job to do the interior paint as well! Interior jobs are so nice in the winter as it sometimes gets too cold to apply paint outside, which can cause delays in scheduling. They are going with a similar color tone for the inside, and it’s already making the space feel much more cohesive!
When you do interior paint, you have to keep in mind there are residents frequently passing through the area. Sloan Painting has observed and enabled the safety procedures to ensure we are keeping our team safe as well as the residents during this project. We are working in smaller groups and requiring masks of all our workers, as well as weekly temp checks. We also put wet paint signs out to let residents know the surfaces are not ready to touch yet.
We cant wait to see how this property comes together in the coming months with finishing off the exterior and starting on the interior!
