As we step into 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the milestones we achieved in 2024. At Sloan Painting & Designs, Inc., we had the privilege of partnering with Carter-Haston on a variety of large-scale residential property improvement projects across Georgia and Tennessee.
From full exterior repaints to targeted structural repairs, each project helped enhance the value, appearance, and functionality of your communities. We’re proud of the trust you placed in us, and we’re excited to share some highlights and stats from a productive year.
Brookleigh Flats
📍 3450 Blair Cir NE, Brookhaven, GA 30319
We refreshed the hallways throughout the property with a full interior repaint. Clean lines and a modern finish brought a renewed vibrance to these shared spaces, enhancing residents’ daily experience.
Duet
📍 300 31st Ave N, Nashville, TN 37203
This was one of our most comprehensive projects of the year.
Scope included:
- Full exterior paint
- Carpentry and stucco repairs
- Window cleaning
- Gutter, downspout, and drainage system upgrades
- Corridor and stairwell interior painting
- Balcony/patio repairs and sealants
- Garage painting, banger bars, bollards, and restriping
- Metal stairs, handrails, and fencing
- Concrete and sidewalk repair, pressure washing
- Lighting upgrades throughout
- Foundation and wall penetration repair
- Misc. building envelope and structural reinforcements
Duet now reflects the energy and style of Nashville’s urban core while ensuring a solid infrastructure behind the aesthetics.
The Artessa
📍 1000 Artessa Cir, Franklin, TN 37067
A full-scale exterior rejuvenation project that included:
- Exterior paint
- Carpentry touch-ups
- Window and roof soft cleaning
- Drainage improvements
- Breezeway floor coating
- Balcony/patio sealing
- Metalwork refinishing
- Concrete and brick tuck point repairs
- Pressure washing across all flat surfaces
We brought a fresh, clean, and polished finish to this beautiful Franklin community.
The Edison Sugarloaf Apartments
📍 1399 Herrington Rd, Lawrenceville, GA 30044
We handled targeted building and grading work on Buildings 8 & 9 to prepare them for long-term durability and tenant comfort.
The Guthrie at North Gulch
📍 Nashville, TN
While this is an ongoing project, we’ve already completed interior corridor painting throughout the buildings. The more extensive exterior work is scheduled for 2025, and we look forward to returning to finish strong.
West End Village
📍 221 31st Ave N, Nashville, TN 37203
This full exterior refresh included:
- Carpentry, stucco, and drywall repairs
- Full exterior paint
- Brick and decorative block pressure wash
- Window cleaning
- Balcony sealing and repairs
- Metal stair and handrail refinishing
- Parking garage work: pressure wash, stencil, and restriping
- Concrete flat work and sidewalk repairs
- Gutter and drainage improvements
- Dryer vent cleaning across 244 units
A complex, multi-faceted job that gave new life to one of Nashville’s most stylish residential communities.
