Nestled in South Charlotte, The Addison at South Tryon boasts a distinctive, modern living opportunity close to everything in Charlotte. It’s a pet friendly community with upscale apartments and townhomes surrounded by 25 acres of deluxe amenities. Built in 2014, this property is just under 10 years old. It is maintained very well, albeit had a very dated paint job.
Enter: Sloan Painting & Designs, Inc. For this property we did the following:
- Exterior Pressure Wash and Paint
- Interior Hallways
- Wood Replacement
- Gutter Tune Up
- Metal Handrails and fencing throughout
- Concrete Flat Work
- Paver Repair, Clean and Seal
- Garage Door Repairs
This is a fairly large property- there are 15 buildings and a total of 321 units. Many of the buildings are different sizes and styles which require a different approach on the above scope for each building. Nonetheless, we have faith in our team to make it happen, and that is just what they did.
We estimated this project would take 120 calendar days. We started this contract on November 15, 2021 and finished it on March 01, 2022. Thats a total of 106 calendar days which means we finished this project over 3 weeks earlier than expected! That’s even with the holidays and weather delays we had while on site. At the final walk, the client was so pleased he shared with me “It’s the best paint job I’ve ever seen”. When you work in property management, paint jobs are pretty common thing to see so that was a big compliment. To celebrate a job well done, we had a catered lunch on site for the leasing/maintenance staff as well as our team.
Overall, we’re so pleased and impressed with our team project after project showing what makes Sloan Painting & Designs the best option for any exterior services on a multifamily property. Check out some of these before and afters:
The new paint job gives this place a much needed bright, clean and welcoming color palette for new residents and existing residents to enjoy all year long. We feel honored to provide a refresh on a place so many people call home.
