Project Scope and Details
Bower Westside is a large-scale property featuring 336 total units spread across a mid-rise building.
The entire scope is being completed with Sherwin-Williams-approved products and processes, ensuring long-lasting durability, elevated curb appeal, and color retention—critical elements for multifamily assets in high-traffic, urban neighborhoods like West Midtown.
Why We Use Color Mock-Ups on Site
Before rolling out the paint across the full property, we installed two different mock-ups on site. These sample sections showcase potential color palettes in real-time lighting and context, helping stakeholders visualize the final look before making a decision.
