Last month, we wrapped up on another gorgeous property in Doral, Florida! Minutes from the Miami Airport and walkable to many restaurants and activities,
Cordoba has convenience and luxury all wrapped in one.
Here’s what we did!
- Exterior pressure wash and paint on all buildings, per PPG scope, including: stucco; trim; patio and balcony floors and railings; vents and window louvers; curbs and entrances to the parking garage.
- To top it off the fresh look, we pressure washed the tile roofs.
The previously warm color palette received a modern upgrade with crisp white walls with black trim. The before and after photos from this project are so satisfying, check them out below:

We started at Cordoba on March 18th and completed on May 31st, 2022. If you do the math, that’s just 62 working days, excluding Sundays. With this property having 454 units and 4 stories, its an impressive feat to say the least. Our final walkthrough for this property was rather quick which is an indicator of just how detail-oriented and hard working our team operates.
