Emory Point is a welcoming community of convenience, perfectly combining modern luxuries, sustainable design, dining, nightlife and recreation all in one central location near Emory University in the historic Druid Hills neighborhood. The property has 6 total buildings, split into 2 phases. Each building has a unique name: Overlook, Tower & Point(Phase 1) as well as: Sky, Park, and Preserve(Phase 2). We first worked at this property back in 2018 where we painted the exterior buildings of phase 1. We recently returned to do the interior corridors at one of Overlook Building, which is the largest of the size with its own private pool courtyard and fire place courtyard. Included in painting the interior corridors was:
- Repaint all walls and trim
- Repaint all doors to include all resident and utility doors
- Repaint all ceilings
- Repair all visible sheetrock repairs
The original tones of the hallways were earthy, warm and green tones. They went into a much brighter, cleaner aesthetic with soft whites and grey doors. Here are some before and afters!
The corridors feel so clean and bright with these new color palette. we’re in love! We love Emory point and the properties commitment to putting the resident experience at the top of their priority list. With tasty restaurants and exciting new businesses and the pool courtyards I would personally never leave.
