Previously known as Woodlawn Park, this property has gotten a major face lift this year. Sloan Painting was entrusted with the exterior paint of the property – including the tennis courts!
This property, located in McDonough, GA – has 11 buildings, 1 office , 1 mail center, and a beautiful pool. The property is weaved with retaining walls to adhere to Georgia’s natural rolling hills landscape. They also upgraded the landscaping which we feel really made the property pop. One thing special we were able to do here, was a special finish on the office and sign. This is a process of applying a lime-wash paint to brick and removing / adding accordingly to create a beautifully aged look. Normally done on single family homes, it was really exciting to see our two worlds collide on this project creating a truly unique aesthetic.
The rest of the property was given a beautiful color scheme to compliment the leasing office and surrounding landscape. You can see where they have put some beautiful plants that have blue hues , really making it pop!
This project went so smoothly its quite rare! We love when jobs go this way, but are always prepared for any speed bumps that may delay the job. We pride ourselves on always finishing jobs on time or early. Happy to say this job was no exception to that !
