Station 92 Progress has begun

Station 92 is a gorgeous property settled right in the busy yet small town of Woodstock, GA. It’s placed in perfect proximity to shops, restaurants and the highway for quick access to Atlanta. Built in 2015, this multifamily home has 272 units and each building has 3 stories. Our scope is pretty straightforward here,

• Exterior Paint- pressure wash, prep, prime, and paint all previously painted surfaces.
• Wood Replacement- performing necessary carpentry repairs to the building exterior
• Add Flashing to Wood Balconies
• Gutter Tune Up
• Stucco Repairs

The property is in great shape, but the colors could use updating. We’re going to go from this:
