Deerfield Village has been around since 2001 and is located just next to a wonderful shopping center in Alpharetta, GA. We’re doing quite a bit at this property for a much needed face lift.
- Exterior Paint – includes pressure wash, prep, prime and paint all previously painted surfaces. Buildings 1-10
- Wood Replacement
- Stucco/EIFS repairs
We started this job on August 9th and are around 85% complete with a finish date by 11/15. We love taking on multifaceted projects like these because the finished product really comes together nicely when its all done at once. We pride ourselves on being a multi-talented group of individuals capable of covering a large range of services that multifamily dwellings such as these require. Another thing to note, we actually only did buildings 1-10 on this project as the initial contractor was not able to finish the job. This doesn’t discourage us as we know sometimes things aren’t a good fit- and the main goal is always to get the job done and get it done right. We are looking forward to seeing how this job finishes out in the coming weeks! Here are some photos of our progress.
