Belmont Place is a beautiful property located in Marietta, GA. Built in 2004, this property is standing tall with 326 units and 4 story buildings. There are also some garage buildings, a beautiful pool and leasing office, and a mail center. Our scope at this job was :
- Paint all previously painted surfaces including, but not limited to, the following:
- Building façade, trim, fascia, eaves, soffits, shutters, doors, balconies, exposed wood framing
- Gutters and downspouts, roof flashing, roof jacks, bird stops, vent pipes and covers, chimney’s and chimney caps.
- Door frames and doors (both sides and edges)
- Garage doors Metal fencing, metal gates, railings and handrails, stair stringers, light poles,bike racks, miscellaneous metals and iron work
- Wood Replacement
- 8×8 Column Replacement and Repair
- Gable Vent Replacement
- Shutter Replacement
This property didn’t need much help in looking good, but weather and time can do a lot and it needed help getting back to the gold standard Greystar has for their properties. We enjoyed working on this property, and look forward to more projects with Greystar in the future!
