We’re just getting started at Gables Midtown and really looking forward to seeing what samples Gables decides to go with for the exterior paint.
Sometimes, when painting a property- the management company wants to “sample” a couple different color palette options. We typically include these for a very small price and can get them up within a couple days. It is much more helpful to see the colors on the building so you can evaluate how the colors blend with the buildings shape as well as surrounding environment.
Gables Midtown is also unique in that the property backs into a steep grade with a very small alley. Luckily, our boss Josh is very good at problem solving and knows immediately how to handle these hard to reach areas with minimal impact on the residents and the building itself.
