At the beginning of this project we were really excited to see what we could do for this property. We love properties with a water feature, and being next to a golf course this property surely did not disappoint.
This property has beautiful views anywhere you are, and stretches an entire hole of the golf course.
When we were here last, we hadn’t quite finished everything, including the leasing office. When Josh, the owner told me about how good it looked I didn’t expect what I would find to blow me away!
The way this building sits so beautifully in the landscape truly makes it the crowning jewel of this property. Even the view from the golf course is stunning!
We took a stroll to see the rest of the buildings had been finished as well, and really fit right in with the surrounding landscape.
All in all, we had a lot of fun on this project and hope the new owners of this property love the look.
