Roof Repair: Mikato Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar

As many of you know, Panama City was hit by a devastating hurricane in 2018. The name of this hurricane was Hurricane Michael. Hurricane Michael was a very destructive tropical cyclone that became the first Category 5 hurricane to strike the United States since 1992. In addition, it was the third-most intense Atlantic hurricane to make landfall in the United States. Sadly, Panama City is still trying to bounce back from this hellacious storm. Mikato Japan being one of them. This was a quick and simple job for exterior roof repair to get things fresh again. We pressure washed, repaired minor issues and painted the roof.

Unfortunately, Mikato remains closed. We’re hoping to see this restaurant back up and running soon. We know some problems take more than roof repair , but we’re hoping this sets a good foundation for their future! Food is a center point of many cultures and places. Small businesses, especially restaurants were hit especially hard in 2020 due to the pandemic as well. If you’re a restaurant in Panama City, with the hurricane in 2018 and the pandemic in 2020 we can only imagine how tough it has been physically, emotionally, and financially. We extend our greatest wishes to all the small businesses and restaurants in Panama City to have a successful and profitable year in 2021.
