Finishing up at 12 & James

We love a great rags to riches story, and this property is just that. The people over at Aspen Square Management have done a fantastic job giving this property a much needed face lift. In addition to what we’re handling (exterior paint), they’ve also added fresh landscaping, and renovated inside the units. We’re nearing an end to this property as we have about two buildings left, but the results thus far have us beaming with pride! Check out some of the finished buildings below:
